Default 89xj 5speed emissions/fuel problem.. bogging, sputtering, jumping

I believe Im having emissions/fuel problems. It idles high, 1500 rpm's, I no thats way to high..When I bought this cherokee I test drove it, everything seemed to be fine. That being said I paid cash ect. As i drove home everything seemed fine at first, I got on the interstate maybe 5 miles and it started to hesitate, bog down, jump. Down shifting to try to regain speed and power, I ended in third gear and thats when I got scared. It felt almost as if the injectors are firing sporadically. Finnely after making traffic back up I pulled on the shoulder of the interstate, got it towed.
Its been parked 2 weeks Ive replaced:
*spark plug
*wires
*distributer cap/rotar button
*fuel pressure regulator
*inject o-rings(2nd port had alittle gas and smoke coming out/fixed the leak)
*fuel filter
*air filter(didnt have one at all)
*oil filter, oil flush and change
*1 seafoam+30$ premium ..
*seafoamed through break boster
Let run for hours ran fine sitting still but(idle jumps to 1500 after giving gas, stays for awhile then drops to 1200 rpm's still to high)
Today I took her out she ran ok at first, about 5 mile of riding through the towns, I attempted to accelerate in 3rd gear and still the problem persist. U-TURN!! I headed straight home. The last mile home was terrifying: 1st gear, jump, jump, jump then i would just barely give it gas and it would creep, shift repeat. This accorded the last four time I came to stop sign/light.
This is a beautiful truck that has so much potential but right now i just need it to get me to work.... WTH!!!.. I have a feeling this could be TPS or EGR or maybe 1000s$ of censors, but Ive read on this site some people have had similar problem. Someone give me some feed back PLEASE....

Sounds like a good time to check and see if your cat is clogged. But don't take it off, cause that is a big no no with the cat police on this site.

just clean everythin u can with break cleaner, just wipe it off b4 u put it back on,it might just be dirty parts and might save you some money and reset the pcm(take the negative battery terminal off and leave it off for over 20min) this might help, atleast it wont hurt to try

The high idle tells me you may have a vacuum leak.
