Angry 90 renix 4.0 stalls/low idle

so i've had this cherokee for about a year on the road now i've constantly had this problem. On long drives coming to a stop I'll push in the clutch and it stalls right out. Starts back up and revs normal down back to idle. I've changed my tps iac map sensor and coolant sensor checked for vacuum leaks changed plugs wires cap rotor coil and I've gone through the entire fuel system. All my injectors pass resistance tests (I actually changed them over to 5.0 ford injectors) good fuel pressure and volume. I've also tried catching the problem diagnosis tools to no avail all the voltages are right. I'm beginning to think I have egr issues due to the fact that every electrical route I've taken has been a dead end. Anyone else have an opinion or a test route I haven't taken?

Mine did that when the vacuum line to the MAP cracked. Check the line to make sure it's not cracked and also make sure there is vacuum on the line, that's it's not blocked somewhere. If everything seems normal disconnect the vacuum line to the MAP and drive it. If it does not get worse your MAP is not working, or the wiring is messed up.

your cherokee dies because of the ford injectors. What's the flow rate?

they're 19lb/hr a whopping improvement from the 18.6 they literally make no difference it's not flooding or running rich and it dies almost immediately when i disconnect the map sensor

Why would you disconnect the map sensor?
I suggest you build the small circuit to adjust the 5v signal of the MAP sensor so you can calibrate the fuel delivery.

Check you vacuum at idle, you should have 18-20" but I suspect you have more like 12. Check it and let us know.

Default response to stalling

I had an issue like that with my xj. I noticed that there was a ringing noise coming from the fuel tank.....shortly after the ringing started the jeep stalled. I replaced the fuel pump and haven't had the issue since.
