Where does black with grey stripe wire coming from 60 amp fuse marked alternator bolt to. 92 CherOkeechobee 4.0

Where do you attach that black with white wire?? I’ve tried grounding it out but it keeps blowing fuses
It goes to the Alternator. See pics. I think you'll find that it is a White tracer, not Grey.
