the 97 is superior.

they put that sensor in and actually used it in 98. early to mid 97's didn't have it, late 97 did but it wasn't utilized, 98 it was utilized.

Like stated you need to do a bit of reasearch so you can match years that will plug and play.Really I see a couple of people that need to do some studying,Jeepcomj is right on matching years.
