I was wanting to work on refreshening my Jeep by replacing the black and red rubber strips along the side that came off. I have been able to find them but I’m having issues finding the vinyl? paint? sticker? that’s right above the black that fades from black to white. As y’all can see it has faded to a brown hue.

I have searched this site and looked at different pictures for hours without any luck. I haven’t been able to find a picture of another XJ painted the same. Does anyone know if these can be replaced? Is it something a paint shop can look up?

I could be mistaken but I have never seen such a scheme out of the factory. I bet this is DIY or a dealer installed stripe package. Same with the "Sport" decal on the Fender.

Have you thought about removing it? Everyone has different tastes, but for me it would look much better without that stuff.
