This is the idler pully for the serpentine belt under the AC pully and just opposite the alternator pully. Adjustment for serpentine belt is under Power Steering unit

New Serpentine belt broke after installation. Did not check or replace idler pully. Started it up, squealed for a bit, then smoked then broke

I then checked all pulleys and they turned easily except idler pully which was stuck...not turning at all. Got the bolt loose, came loose without too much trouble but it refuses to come out.

Is the bolt stripped or is there a nut on the end? I have crawled under and over but can not get a good view or feel for any nut.
