That's the spirit! And if nothing else, you'll know what to look for and what to avoid in the future. Who knows, maybe this actually is a decent rig...?

 

so yea went to go look at it. lost of rust. lot of oil on the bottom. and 4 wheel doesn't work... soo I think I'll pass :P

 

Yeah, good call on the past, you can find a better stock on around, i have been looking for a 4wd(not just XJs, but glad i got mine) for about a month and a half and i found plenty with under 100k miles for under 5 gs, probably cheaper with more miles too.

 

either way the back of that thing was sagging a good bit. or at least thats what it looked like to me. but youre better off with a stocker anyway.

 

yea my dad's boss has a cj5 in his driveway that never really gets used. has a new motor in been in it for about 2000 miles. he might sell it to me for a really really good deal. depends on if his son wants it or not.

 

190k on a '94 makes me feel good to have an '89 with 170k.
