O.K. I thought my wipers were slow due to old worn out blades, not the case. I put new ones on and its just as slow, now it shakes when there on. Has anyone ever swapped the wiper motor? or has anyone ever had this issue? On high it will almost stop unless the window is really wet. I looked on the net and couldn't find any info. Please help!
