95 XJ catalytic converter question

Default 95 XJ catalytic converter question

Does a 95 XJ have an O2 sensor on the cat? I can't really go outside and check being we have 2' of snow and its -2 degrees... Thanks guys

No, '95 and older only have a single O2 sensor on the down-pipe "upstream". The second "downstream" O2 sensor was added after the cat with the advent of OBDII in '96.

NGK made the original sensors and is widely accepted as the best O2 sensor to buy for us.

X2, NGK (aka: NTK) was the OE O2 sensor manufacture and is generally the best sensor option for 91+ XJs (I believe Bosch made the O2 sensors for 87-91 RENIX XJs).
