95 xj randomly dying
Guys i have a 95 xj that randomly dies going down the road, idling, or whenever it wants. Usually starts right back up. I have narrowed it down to either the throttle position sensor or the crankshaft position sensor. I just wanted to make sure there is not a camshaft position sensor is there?

Check for chaffed wires, my heat shield on my intake had rubbed through my O2 sensor wire and my CPS wire, It would randomly die everytime the motor flexed and the heat shield shorted out the bare wires.

Having same problem but sometimes no turnover of engine,...no "click",...like a switch has been thrown. Last time I started with screwdriver to starter,...when I got back home,...started fine multiple times. Did you ever experience a no turnover? Someone told me to let the vehicle roll in gear and it would possibly "find" a good sensor start up point.

Yes, you have both a cam sensor and a crank sensor.
For your symptoms though, the crank sensor is the primary suspect.
If you buy one, buy it directly from Jeep for the best reliability and longevity.
I just ordered one for my 99 from moparpartsonline and it was $50 plus $14 shipping.
