I am new to this site and Im hoping i can get some help here..

I have a 96 cherokee country.
It was a freeby from my uncle.
Heres the issue.. Ok first I had a fuel reg issue at half tank it would just die. so heres what I have replaced so far.
Fuel pump
Fuel press reg.
fuel filter
Ign coil
plugs
I have 40 psior what ever the unit is of fuel pressure, I have/had spark.
When the engine was cold it wouldnt start, spray some carb cleaner in intake and it would start and run just fine. What I mean by that is it would run and can drive it normally. When it cools it wont start. It has a engine heater so we let it heat the cold block and after about 1 hr. it would start just fine. The fuel pressure is 40 and holds solid all day. we have tried heating the PCM/ECM and no go (a tech asked me to try). So today it wont start at all even with carb cleaner so Ill have to recheck spark and such.. But I know 2 days ago it started with carb clean and ran fine. If it has spark Ill do the crank sensor. what noone can tell me is what could cause no cold start, but hot starts fine..

confirmed late last night it still starts and its a cold engine issue.. I pluged in the engine heater for 40 minutes and it started right up..

Any one have any ideas.. Im soo lost on this.
