Two of the four flex plate bolts were remotely loose. Snugged them up and the "clacking" sound went away.

Good. Apply LocTite to all of them.

No it is 1/2 of engine speed. Does not have distributor, CPS but sounds fairly quiet there. I have low oil pressure so I suspect a bad cam bearing or a worn lifter bore.

finally looked at my flexplate bolts and only one was a hair loose,couldnt see any cracks on the outside,and i looked at it while it was running and it looked like it was warped or bent a hair ,and it sure sounded like it was hitting something up in there.
