You can replace/upgrade the steering box with one from a v8 Durango available at any JY for much less than $300. Search for Durango steering box in modified tech and write ups. Plenty of info that should help there.

thanks for the invaluable info. i would rather go on a jy trip, than try to understand the "adjustment" section in the manual. i swear in four paragraphs there were only two commas!

hey, Mine did the same thing, My leaf springs where gone. I replaced them and now is gone. it feels like it can go anywhere after a bump. On the bubbling it is just the coolent still flowing not a big thing. I also replaced ball joints and shocks and it still rides like a mid 90s jeep dam it. Just compairing to my 07 wrangler.
