I used a spark tester and a noid light for injector pulse but there was nothing from either. I have good compression and fuel pressure just no combustion.

Did you personally visually observe good strong spark with the spark plug out?

Have you verified you are getting 12 volts to the coil?

If so, have you tried grounding the coil wire to see if you have spark coming out of the coil?

Had a 81' Bronco that I had to do that with when I lived in Steamboat, Co. It was like -40's for a week. Just pointed the hair dryer at the coil/battery at it fired right up
Also knew a guy that would just throw a blanket over his hood once he got home for the night. So my throw some installation around your battery

Double check your battery and connections, test your coil or replace it. Cold weather makes batteries weak, it could be you aren't getting a solid 12v.

Default NSS?

You might try starting in neutral or simply moving the shifter back and forth a few times.
It's possible some moisture has entered the NSS blocking the contacts.

Just in case anyone was wondering what was going on with my jeep I messed around with the relays specifically the asd relay and it fired right up it seems like it just had a dirty connection
