That first pic is not an obd2 plug and that second one looks like it is for a relay that isn't there.

He knows the first one isn't obd2.

The second one doesn't show how many pins the connector has, why assume it's a relay connector? Besides that, aren't most relays in the PDC/fuseblock?

OP we need more info..

Nope I'm quite sure someone swapped out the 96obd2 with a 93 obd1 system

When you say "exactly" like that, is that including the non-airbag steering wheel?

If the manufactured on date is anytime in 95, I would argue that the vehicle does not require ODB2 to the inspection folks. It could have stickers that say ODB2, but if they cannot prove it was made and sold after Jan 1 1996, it does not require ODB2.

Highly doughtful pretty sure from 91 to mid 96 odb1 cumputer will swap in. Probably a 93 computer replaced the factory one. As long as numbers match what came out.

Correct. Also could be doors been replaced vin number should tell all from dash not door sticker.
