New plugs, crank and cam sensors, battery and cables, ignition coil, ignition relay and fuse, TPS, alternator and starter, fuel pump, map sensor, cap and rotor. All tested at 12.8v., fuel pressure is 48 psi at the rail. Still just crank, no start. Any ideas?

Check for spark. Aftermarket CPS can be a crapshoot. Clean all grounds.

Jump terminal (' socket') 30 and 87 of the Starter relay

Pull a spark plug and check for spark. You can tell if the injector is firing too.

I am having the same issue on my 95 ZJ six cyl in line. all new sensors, coil, distributor, cap, rotor, plugs, plug wires, battery, O2 sensor, cleaned the throttle body... cant figure this one out.... so frustrating... It was running great after I replaced all those parts for like 6 months... and now it's just crap... Maybe these sensors are so bad they just wear out fast???? I'm thinking of getting a new CPS (Mopar brand). It's much more expensive but maybe worth it.

I had similar symptoms. Crank, no start, no spark, no fuel. Turn the ignition on no CIL light. Crank for a few and CIL illuminated with no bus on odometer.

Swapped CPS, removed grounds and cleaned, check ASD relay and swapped, checked wiring harness, nothing

Found a used PCM on OfferUp so I gave it a shot. That was it for me. Plugged the “new” PCM in and fired up
