#1 cause of no spark is no input sensor from the crankshaft position sensor.
Start by verifying the entire wiring run from the sensor up into the engine bay to the computer. Especially common to have a wiring problem here with an engine swap.

The motor is out of a 96 and i tryed hooking up my lil code scanner bit got nothing. What i dont get it it work before the swap!

It is located inside of the distributor. Verify wiring, connector, input voltage of 5 volts and then test the sensor itself; you'll need a service manual and a meter.

Do you still have the old engine? Can you pull the old distributor off the engine you had running, in case the tests on the 'new' one prove inconclusive?

So did replacing the fuse help? Have you checked the cam sensor? Did you use the cam sensor from the '97? Have you verified firing order? If the distributor was swaped out, did you align it properly when reinstalling?

I replaced the fuse and the cam sensor and no change but my batt is real low so i need th charge it! And when i hook up my lil obd2 scanner to the plug it used to come on with just plugging it in now it dont!

Something isn't hooked up. No link from your scanner to your ecm? no spark? yeah... take a deep breath, and go over the wire harness again.
