Have you charged the battery? Have you aligned the cam sensor properly when you installed it? Are you using a service manual? Do you have one? Have you checked your ASD relay? Have you tried jumpering the relay?

There are lots of details you're leaving out. I need complete thoughts from you to be able to help.

When the key is cycled on the ASD relay make a connection that tells the ECM to apply power to the ignition system, fuel pump and sensors. If after the first 3 seconds of cranking the ECM doesn't see the correct signal from either the crank or cam sensors it will cut power to the coil and fuel injectors. So this narrows down your search somewhat. No spark- probably a sensor problem or bad coil. Spark but no start (assuming you have fuel) then its a timing problem- either firing order or an imporperly aligned cam sensor.

I have to get a battery charger! The cam sensor has been switch from the old motor to the new one. I have changed the coil from the old to the new. I do have a manual, switched the ASD relay no change!

Went through all the wiring again today!

I just did the motor swap everything was on the motor except the alt,rhe power steering pump and the a/c compressor i dropped it in and put the bolts back in hooked up the wires and tryed to fire it up to make sure it was gonna run before i put the accessories on and then after it would crank but not start i checked the coil with test light with someone turning it over switched them no change changed the cam sensor no change!

Yes, your alternator needs to be hooked up. If you're sure the motor ran before you swapped it in there is no reason not to install these accessories.

My old motor ran! Not sure about the new one got it at a junk yard. I read last night if theres some rust or somthing on the flywheel the crank sensor might not pick it up.

Things to look for:
Dark Green/Orange wire going to the coil has 12V when the ignition key is turned on.

Orange wire going to both the crank and cam sensors have 5V for the first few second when the key is turned to start/crank

Continuity between ground and the Brown/Yellow wires for each sensor

The sensor output wires (tan/yellow for cam and grey/black for crank) will show pulses on them when the engine turns over. Probably hard to see this with a digital meter, analog works best for this. Power for the coil comes from fues 20 in the PDC and power for the sensor comes from connector 1 of the PCM, pin #17.

To check the timing, pull sprak plug#1. Stick your finger in the hole while someone turns the crank clockwise with a wrench (do not use the starter). When you start to feel compression, line up the mark on the HB with 0* on the timing chain cover. You will now be at TDC on compression stroke of #1 cylinder. Pop the cap off the distributor. Pull the rotor and cam sensor out. Below the cam sensor is a white disk with a metal "wall" standing off it. Near one end of this "wall" is a hole through the disk- it should line up perfectly with a hole below it in the distributor body. You can stick a 3/16" drift pin through it to verify. If this hole isn't lined up then your distributor isn't installed correctly. If it does line up, reinstall the cam sensor and rotor. Holding the cap above the distributor in is correct mounting orientation, the rotor should look like its pointed just past where the #1 spark plug wire attaches. It will not be pointed at or counterclockwise of #1 sprak plug. If this looks okay, reinstall the cap and then verify firing order.
Report back what you find.

Ok i got it started! I didn't let it run that long but my oil pressure gauge didn't go up! But that was going on since i changed to a full gauge cluster! What could that be?
