98 Update...
So I went to see if I can figure out what is going on with it...
I've come to these conclusions...
So now to my dilemma:
I think the water pump is just frozen, as probably everything in the block is, so I'm trying to circumvent a cracked block/head.
Is there anything I can add to thaw everything out, like would straight antifreeze do it, or should I do something else?
I need to do something until I can get it to a friends to work on it in the garage...
I've come to these conclusions...
- The Thermostat is fried.
- The Antifreeze mix is way wrong. And I mean WAY wrong.
- The belt is was was making the awful sound, It got thrown and knocked it into the radiator.
- The water pump is either seized or frozen from the antifreeze being mixed wrong.

Sounds like the best option would be to get it in the garage and get heat on it. That is the best and only way that I know to do it efficiently. Hope everything is good on the block!!! Best of luck!!!

then drain the fluids and refill with the proper mix.
