Default 98 XJ 4.0 Problem

My 98 XJ is having a problem with it running rough. Also, there is some sort of fluid leaking onto the exhaust manifold causing it to smoke. I believe it is oil, or possibly coolant. I recently replaced all the gaskets from the head gasket up, and the problem is still there. I thought it was a problem with fuel delivery but I checked and fuel pressure was fine. I replaced my fuel rail and injectors as well. What else could it be?

Thanks for the help everyone

yeah, but it doesn't come out of the exhaust. It used to do that because the head gasket was bad and leaking coolant into the combustion chamber. but now some fluid is physically leaking out onto the exhaust manifold and it is smoking from the engine bay because of that

Yes I did have it decked before putting the new gasket on.

No, I can't really see where its dripping from because the intake manifold is in the way. I can really only see it on the side of the exhaust manifold when it is about halfway to the collector.

And not sure if this could be related, but I have noticed that my engine seems to be running really rich.

Yeah, I changed all the gaskets last week. Including the manifold gasket. And when I did that I made sure I torqued all of them down to spec. Still seams to be leaking around the 4th cylinder

-Head Gasket
-Valve Cover Gasket
-Thermostat housing gasket
-Manifold Gasket
-Throttle body gasket
-and all 16 O-Rings
