'98 XJ Technical Service Bulletins
Can someone give me the web address that posts Technical Service Bulletins (TSB) for the Chrysler XJ's? I know about " All-Data ", but haven't subscribed to their service.
I'm particularly interested in any TSB that pertain to the fuel gauge misreading when the fuel level in the tank gets below 1/4 full.
Also, is there a service that provides estimated "man hours" of labor needed to perform a particular vehicle repair, and if so, where can I find those labor estimates?
