99 Rear seat with headrest?

99 Rear seat with headrest?
Have a 1999 cherokee classic. With 2 children I am trying to find a replacement rear seat that has some head rests. Would really hate to get rear ended. Have not had any luck searching for one. If not I may have to part with it as bad as I hate to. Thanks, Doug
