Yes, mine was extended for the intake temp sensor you are pointing out. You'll need some 16g wire, some wire strippers, and a set of crimp connectors. Most will say to solder it, but if you're new at it, a set of crimps and electrical tape will do. Simply cut the harness probably 6" away from the sensor to leave yoyurself some room, strip both sides of both wires, crimp, electrical tape both wires individually around the crimp connector, and cover it all back up with wire loom. Simple as that.
One last question I swear haha...there is that black bracket on the side that holds some lines that run underneath the manifold. Ours has two holes on the oustide while the '99 has only one hole. Did you just off center it and only use one hole or did you drill a hole in the middle of the bracket?

I have 14-16 gauge waterproof butt connectors so I'll just need to pick up some 16 gauge wiring.

I too had/have an issue with that bracket. I flipped mine around and it was close but still not in the right position. For now I've tied it off with a wire tie to the bracket but plan to replace the fuel line from the frame connection up to the fuel rail with one from a '99. My current fuel line is getting kinda rusty down near the frame so replacing it seems like the best solution for both problems.

Was thinking drilling a hole in the middle of the bracket and reusing one of the two bolts (if it will fit) in the new drilled hole.

UPDATE (late): did NOT have to extend IAT sensor wiring. On the side of the manifold connections stayed the same but on top the location closest to firewall was vacuum line from valve cover, then moved the piece in the next hole to the first hole where I then lengthened the vacuum line from the brake booster to fit there and mounted the IAT in the second hole so it didn't have to be extended.
I had no bracket for the lines under the manifold so I'm bracketless right now and trying to sort that out.

This is what I planned on doing but I had no bracket so thinking rather than drill and bend another stock bracket I'd get the '99 XJ bracket and bolt if my lines will fit in that bracket.

Heads-up on APN exhaust.May require some trimming on intake at 1 and 6. Dry fit for clearance issues, grinding web on intake may be needed. Not a job you want to do twice..I learned the hard way.
