Tried again with fan running longer (after a ride) pressures are 25 and 200. If I bump up the idle, the pressure drops and compressor cycles off. I took this to a shop that checked for leaks with dye and a sniffer but I feel this would indicate a low charge and a leak especially with the pressure getting lower even though the temps are higher today. This is truly frustrating!
So yeah low all around and way warm.
So either not enough 134 or you have a leak.
Leaning towards the leak.
They can be tough to find. Especially if it is the Evap core.

I have already replaced the evaporator so my guess is the compressor. My understanding is that it can be difficult to find leaks on the sanden type compressors. I hate throwing parts at a problem but I may have no choice.

Sounds like you need to add a bit more R134. Get that low side up to 35 (at idle) and see what it does. I believe that your Jeep also has an expansion valve (instead of the common orifice tube). If that goes bad, it will give you funky readings and may never make the pressure it should.
