00 cherokee just refilled my ac system runs fine for like 10 15 min then shuts off ??? Any help?

Could be any number of reasons, but I can't point you in the right direction without more specifics. What are your ambient conditions? Did you fill it yourself?

R134A systems are a little more sensitive to filling than the older R12 systems. Just a tick over can cause the protection switches to kick out on high head pressure. Just a tick under will cause the evaporator to ice up and summarily kick out on the low side.

Next is your freebie test - Watch the compressor and have a helper cycle the A/C on and off. Does the clutch stop instantaneously or does it drag when shut off? Does it make a strong engagement or does it feather in when turned on? If you don't have the positive off/on then you have a clutch issue. These clutches have typically seen enough wear around 100k-120k miles that adjustment is necessary.
