Find a long bolt (about 3" or more, fully threaded. You can use all-thread too.) that will thread inside the p/s pump shaft.

Then thread a nut, a socket (if needed to make up space) and some washers (between the nut & pulley. Each side of the socket if you're using one)

Then take a wrench and hold the bolt, wile you use another wrench to tighten the nut on the bolt, so it is pushing against the pulley...

I can scan a pic of what I'm talking about if you need one...

Also, I think it may just not be seating right now that you mention it. The belt vibrates quite a bit in the line leading up to this belt so it'd make sense that would be the cause of it. I'll re-seat and tighten it next time I get a chance tomorrow.

If you want to make a quick sight on the alignment, grab a straight edge, put it on the p/s pump pulley, and line it up with another pulley with one eye, like you're sighting a rifle...

If the belt is tight enough, it'll move the pulley where it should be

Tightened the pump pulley, we'll see what'll become of this. If it still isn't aligned after driving to/from work, I'll have to adjust it.

I tightened up the serpentine, it's still rubbing on the back side.

The p/s pump shaft is threaded on the inside... Set it up like the pic to push the plley on the shaft further...

Alright, thanks. I think I'll go talk to the Auto Zone guys next time I get a chance and see if they can poke a look at it.

Words are better than pictures in this case: It's rubbing on the bolt connecting the coolant hoses to the engine, right before the belt gets to the P/S pump.
