Default after 2" budget boost sway bar hitting spring

After I added a 2 inch budget boost the right sway bar is hitting the spring. Any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks,
Lurch

longer sway bar links will fix it.

The stock ones should be ok at 2"did you remove your links and maybe put them back on wrong?

Did somebody maybe try to relocate the track bar atvsome point? If not check the bushings.

Had the same thing on my XJ. The budget boost (front spacers) relocated my left coil ever so slightly forward. In certain turns or over certain bumps it would rub. New bushings where the bar meets the frame did help, but didnt solve the problem.

If your gonna keep the lift at 2" for a while then try and find a set of links that are longer. It will be the simplest fix

should be pretty obvious if you note the radius path of the sway bar. The higher you go the further down it rotates; with stock length links.

doesn't really matter, it's a left to right clearance thing, not up and down. Sway bar ends travel parallel with the spring.

No they travel with the radius of the sway bar, a pretty large radii. I have stock end links at 3.5" and i'm fine. sounds like the spacers moved or bowed the springs forward

you need to recenter the front end under the xj after lifting . this bracket will help but with such a small lift it might move it over the other way to much

Thanks, as soon as it stops raining, I will go look at it and see if the bushings are bad, if not I will get or make some extensions.

disconnect you links and swing them down, they'll hit.
