Aluminum driveshaft?

After I brought up cow magnets I had the horrible thought that someone might take me seriously. For those who don't know back during the first gas shortage (73) it was all the rage...for some...to tape cow magnets to fuel lines to "align the fuel molecules" and increase mpg. I had thought it was long dead but a quick Google shows it isn't.
Also for those who don't know the real purpose of the magnets is that you feed a couple to a cow where they settle in the stomach to collect stray metal to keep it out of the gut.
I WAS KIDDING, THEY DON'T WORK! But maybe on a driveshaft........

Seriously though, the only way I can get something to work is to order one for, let’s say a Mustang or an old Chevy, something with near the same wheel base, measure it, cut it, and add the input and output shafts to the driveshaft with some TIG, and maybe, just maybe, it would work.
Only problem is that I don’t want to spend so much time and effort for one and it not yield anything. Or maybe I can make them and sell them for some extra cash. Dunno just yet

Well, I put some on my driveshaft. I noticed how much faster this thing accelerated, and now I’m getting 27 MPG. I’m going to add more to the driveshaft and line the fuel lines with them as well, and I expect to pull 35+ MPG.
