Am i defeating the purpose of the relay here?

I have nothing against kill switches but just a thought.
A kill switch might keep them from driving the vehicle away but you might still be out a window and an ingition switch before they figure out they can't drive it away, and if they trashed the ignition switch you might not be driving it either.
I had sorta the opposite problem from parking it in , heaven forbid, NYC. I would have it parked in the middle of nowhere in WV on one end of a kayaking shuttle. I had a big chain and padlock I would use to lock the steering wheel to the seat base. Sorta functions like a "club", and could have been defeated the same way, but I had the chain and lock and figured maybe when someone looked in the window they either didn't have the time or tools to mess with it or figured they didn't want to mess with someone who uses big assed chains for stuff.

I was thinking using both. Of course if someone really wants it they'll just drag it up on a rollback.
