I know this problem has been addressed here numerous times but I'm posting this to hopefully help the next guy. My front rotors and pads needed replacing so I did the research, Googled, measured and felt confident I knew what rotors I needed. I ordered Raybestos 780444 from RockAuto because I didn't like what my local chain stores had to offer. After installing the rotors and new pads I put the tire on and tightened the lug nuts and the tire wouldn't rotate. I read about this particular issue with the '99s and again, thought I purchased the right ones to avoid the situation I'm in now. So I have to return the wrong rotors and order the right ones which for my application are Raybestos 76923. I purposely left out the whole Cast/Composite issue to avoid confusion, hope this helps.
