Default another turn signal question

I tried searching for my exact problem on here but......
So, my flashers work great until I turn on headlights. Then the dash turn signals stay illuminated. When I activate the signal switch the flashers (interior and exterior) flash at random slow speeds. To the point where I sometimes wonder if they are going to flash at all. Ideas?

Sounds like a bad ground or bad bulb on one of the signal lights. Usually a bad ground, bad bulb or a signal bulb installed improperly will cause a back feed through the dash signal indicators when the head lights are turned on because the parking lights also come on with the headlights. The signal and parking light is the same bulb (# 1157 double filament) Good luck
