Pressure test the system and be sure of where the leak is.

I am pretty sure you can not just replace the fitting. The new rad will have it pre installed. The line does not thread into the radiator. It is connected with a fuel line type fitting and you will need a special tool to remove it. Or you can cut the fitting from the transmission cooler off and clamp it.
