Any idea what kind of control arms/bushings these are or some this size?
I need to change the bushings on my lower control arms but I don't know what kind of arms they are. The bushings are about 2 3/4 inch long and just under 2 inches OD. If anything does anyone know of some bushings with these dimensions?

They look like Rusty's, most of the aftermarket arms use the same style and size. You should be able to call Rustys, Rough Country, Rubicon Express and just about any other manufacturer and give them the measurements to order replacements.
