Exactly, and your build isnt some little throttle body/exhaust build.

But back to OP.

In all seriousness. For more power, catback exhaust, intake kit and a larger bore throttle body and spacer from this guy ( http://www.strokedjeep.com/tbody.html ). And I think you can get power programmers for a bit of added power. I don't personally know about cams for these things and I don't think anyone makes superchargers.

You could always do a rear mount turbo setup. You'd probably have to figure out tuning for it and get larger injectors but wouldn't be to terribly difficult to setup.
Now, i dont know if its legit or not but i found something like a mini supercharger for 400.00 it only kicks in at 2000rpms though

ok, maybe wrong answer but when you look at the specs its for the 258 4.0 and last year they make it for the 242 is 97. They changed the design of the lobs in 98.. If you can tell me which one is correct than i stand corrected and i will be buying that with my next check.

00 and up use a thrust washer to retain the cam, previous years use a pin/spring in the cam bolt....that's the only difference. If you want to run a hotter cam (regadless of the lobe geometry) in a 00+ 4.0L you simply use the bolt, pin and spring from a 99 and down 4.0L. About $15 at your dealer.

505Performance sells a roller cam for all you wealthy XJ owners.
