Ok so on a 1989 ax-15, with the internal slave, how do you get the slave out? We have the whole transmission and tc off and we are at the slave, we just can't get the slave off. Thanks in advanced.

( ps, not for out jeep, it's a 1989 YJ, but the transmissions should be the same.)

Cast or Composite Brake Rotors?
1999 XJ Limited 4.0L AW4...
I attempted to order new hubs this morning and was asked if I had cast or composite rotors. I couldn't remember (nor can I find the receipts) from the last go-round with brake rotor replacement.
Q's: Why does that matter? What's the difference with regard to hub replacement? How can I tell if the brake rotors on my XJ are cast or composite?

Measure i guess...a definitive way to measure is from the top of axle tube(no steering linkage or anything but the actual tube) to the bottom of the frame rail(again nothing but the frame rail).
stock front: 6 3/4"
stock rear: 6"
Also stock from the center of the hub to the bottom of fender (untrimmed) is 17".
