Default Automatic transmission Problems !!!

Hey guys new to jeeps so looking for some help. Used the search feature it was no help.

Transmission will barely pull when in D but I can pull it down into 1/2 and it works just fine. Any ideas whats going on here? Before I pulled my interior out to remove the carpet it was shifting just fine in D.

Up under the passenger side dash is a silver box. It's the TCU and it controls the transmission. See if it's unplugged or if the fuse is blown. The fuse is wrapped in some yellow tape up under there.

So was it the fuse or the TCU plug?

I had the entire lower dash plastic removed while working under the dash. The TCU is bolted to that so it was just unplugged.
