NO, Give me any axle you want. I'll drive down to the rock pile at the end of my street and be walking back 10 minutes later. To tell you to call the tow truck. Like I said I have had 4 Jeeps with D35s, the biggest tires I have used were 32's on the Wrangler. I wheel almost every week. I have yet to break one of my axles. I have broken other axles because people thought I was joking.

this has to be the dumbest comment I have heard EVER. lol you know nothing about axles if you make a statement like this.............

lets talk about a d60 35spline superior shafts....... idiotic comment.

or mog axle with 40spline shafts.........

Ive broke a D60 before, all it took was a set of boggers, lots of throttle, and a stump buried in the mud

i believe this. doubt it had 35spline or 40's?? some stock d60's came 28spline and a lot came 30spline.

Actually it was thr R&P that broke. But I do not doubt that even 40 spline shafts can be broken thats just my opinion but the way I look at upgrading or replacing something if I have to ask if it needs to be replaced then replace it, it takes all the fun out of it if Im constantly wondering if its gonna break or go out.
