ok this might be dumb but has anyone out a B& shifter in there xj..cause i think it would be awsome

AFAIK there is not one made specifically for an XJ...Tj

It would not really serve a purpose. If you had a manual valve body and made it so you could individually select 1st and 2nd gear that would be a different story.

oh i not it wouldnt have a purpose but i have one in my camaro and i love it

B&M did make a Ripper short throw shifter specifically for the AX-15(and the 5, IIRC).

I saw a write-up a long time ago for putting a shifter on the AW-4... search the tech archives at Naxja. I'm positive thats where I saw it. If be interested to see the results. I used to use them back in my race days.. I used to love to row the gears on a ratchet.
