Here's the video. i didn't have anyone to hold the camera so i just stuck my phone out the window and drove haha. the chirping/squeaking noise happens when im giving it gas and the clanking noise is when i stop giving it gas.

I would say just from the lack of lube that TC is FUBAR. Yank it out tear it down & see whats trashed.

eww, sounds like possibly a stretched chain in the tcase or one of your main gears in the tcase has alot of missing teeth. Take the tcase apart and check it out.

i started working on it today after school and i got both drive shafts off so far and all the bolts out of the t-case. but i cant seem to get the tail housing off, it will slide out about half an inch but then it gets stuck on something. are there some clips holding it on that im missing somewhere?

Its not the oil slinger its hung up on. The tail housing doesnt even touch the slinger, the little plate behind the housing does. You need to take the snap ring off the shaft, thats what is probably stopping you from taking it off. After you get the snap ring off it will slide off like butter!

Then you take off the little plate behind it and just use a flathead to remove the slinger tube, you will see it

little to none, they do stretch over time and can stretch so bad they rub the bottom of the housing and make a racket.
