bad water pump bearings ?

bad water pump bearings ?
I noticed a slight grinding noise and had a look and the water pump pully was a little loose,bolts are tight,but was wondering how long I have until danger,I can,t change it for a couple days,what do you think.I know I had one one my six chev truck that lasted a long time.

there is no way of telling until it breaks. I wouldnt drive it like that, just wait till you have time . I wouldnt want to be stranded over knowing something could happen.

The parts store has 3 different water pumps all with a different hub I guess the only one he has in stock is one that is 2.31 hight and 3.3 o.d pulley,can I check this without takinf anything apart

it they have 3 options you are more than likely going to have to take it off and match it up. chevys are kind of like that they have a short and a long water pump. maybe the jeep is the same way.
