Cool deal. I hope that is not the case of my issue. I will be buying a new battery this weekend, and new grown/pos wires. After that I will test my alternator.

so you think i should just go straight for the pcm and replace it or should i still take the alternator out and have it bench tested at an autostore. i kinda have off the next couple of days so i have time to mess with it.

Not many auto stores measure voltage out, just load test to tell you if your alternator is outputting current close to spec.
