Can a car run without a battery i wonder? Ive heard it can. Im not saying driving it, but will it idle in park?

Why would you use narrow gauge wire instead of an actual contained FUSE though?

No - see the above about frying the computer. The voltage regulation only works because there's a battery to power it and/or use as a reference point. Especially true on Chrysler models where the VR circuitry is internal to the PCM/ECU

That's why I tend to teach. Why I explain my answers to questions. And, why I generally do not hand out simple answers, leaving the pupil to divine them for himself (I've been told I'm a difficult tutor - but that tutees have learned more from me than they have in their regular classes. Mainly, because I teach them to think!)

Yes, it can. Yes, you can drive it - as long as the alternator holds out.

Yes, you can drive without an alternator - as long as the battery holds out.

(I've been forced to do both.)
