From the top to the bottom, the 'bars' are this....
Top: Sway Bar
Second: (On an angle with the steering stabilzer) Drag Link
Third: (in the back with a curve for the diff) Track Bar
Bottom: (straight across from steering knuckle to steering knuckle) Tie Rod <-- This should not be bent at all....

sounds like time for an upgrade, chances are you will bend it again
if you need something in a pinch, grab one from a junkyard of from a jeeper who upgraded, lots of people give them away

Gunkyard gewels...
Salvage yards are god. I know a guy who (allegedly) found a 2" lift and 33" tires in the gunkyard. Go nuts, even if you can't find an upgraded one, you may be able to nab a stock one and maybe a spare or eight.... XJ's were extremely common in the salvage yard I went to (mixed feelings about this.).

Belto none of the bars appear to be bent in the pic you posted. If the tie rod is bent then you my consider upgradeing to the ZJ bar which is solid not a hollow tube.

I got my oem tie rod from 4wdhardware for $39. That didn't include the tie rod ends.
It was weird though because they could not find a 2001 XJ oem tie rod in the book, nor in Crown's parts book. THey gave me a TJ tie rod instead. I dunno what's up with that.
