Default Bent spindle?

Is it possible to bend a spindle on a dana 30? Ive replaced my ball joints and wheel bearings and my tire is still slainted. Im thinking either my axel is bent, or the c is bent.

certainly possible, not likely. I'd guess more bent tube, likely from someone jacking the front up at the center.
Is the jeep lifted? it could also be the axle is rotated a bit from the lift and wrong/misadjusted arms.

Why not share a picture? I wouldnt consider either bent tube or bent C unless there's been some aggressive abuse or jumping the thing

By spindle, you mean the knuckle? I bent my D30 with some unintentional airtime. Measuring to the ground, the tube was 1/2 lower in the middle than the ends, and the diff was unusually loud.

If you have a D30 with spindle and hubs, they are very tough. However I think you will find you have a unit bearing which is not as tough. But if your tire is leanilng in, that is the fault of the type of upper ball joint, which is a half ball that slides up and down to make installation easy

Perhaps you could try to place and angle finer on a straight edge and measure the angle of upper and lower knuckle outside edge, compare to other front wheel

Trouble is it is a very slight angle, nevertheless without measuring this, it will be hard to determine

Do you have a reading or laser printout of your camber on each wheel?..What is it ? You dont mention this critical fact

Non-standard camber Ball joints are offered to correct to a certain extent (see Rock Auto)

Is it the "long" side ?
