Oh no. Another can of worms opened.

Conventional: Super Tech 10W-30, Wix or NAPA Gold filter.

Synthetic: Mobil 1 10W-30, same filter.

I don't think none of the newer people know how to use the search function. Or just to lazy to look on there own.

Is that a 50/50 mix on the blood and tears?

Way too expensive long-term. The going rate on kittens is obscene and I already have enough restraining orders.

I switched to cow's blood with a little disolved Vegemite. Run it through some pantyhose to keep it fresh.

Cut open a Fram filter and use toilet paper as the element.

It is an improvement.

Doesn't help that the on-site search is broken

I'm a big fan of Rotella T6 5w40 + wix/napagold

This would be a good option. Personally, I might go with a High Mileage 5W30 (Maxlife, etc) and the Wix/NAPA Gold.

Looking at the info in Salad's thread listed above that Maxlife might be quite questionable on stats.

Trashy oil. Low on zinc.

I wouldn't run it in a 40-year old lawnmower, much less one of my engines. It's just a marketing ploy. Notice how it costs more?
