Black Clear coat
I'm looking at a build sheet for a 2001 Cherokee and it makes several references to "Radiant Silver Met C/C" and also "Black Clear Coat". What color should this 2001 Cherokee be?

The Radiant Silver Met C/C is referring to your badging.
Jeep logo on front, Cherokee ones on the side, 4.0 on the hatch.
Sounds like the Jeep should be black.

Lift the carpet by the seats and/or in the cargo area, behind the rear 1/4 trim, or under the backseat if its a 4 door. That wont give you the paint code tho. The paint code will be on the VIN tag by the driver side hood hinge, as well as the label on the driver side door. Look for "PNT: xxx" at the bottom. This should match the code by the hood hinge.
