Blower Motor issue- NOT Blower Motor Resistor
Started the Jeep the other day with everything off. And immediately turned it on high AC, but nothing happened. AC/Heat/everything else worked fine previously, but now there is nothing on any setting (fan speed 1-4, any location setting any temp). I have searched through approximately 4-5 pages, most of werent any help. I'm going to assume right now that I'm out the money for a blower motor/installation, unless someone can see a glaring issue that i didnt check. Below is a list of things i have checked.
Fuse#25 (15Amp) on passenger side kick panel, everything good.
Fuse#6 (40Amp) under the hood, everything good.
Blower Motor Resistor- Switched with new, still nothing (i also checked the above 2 fuses to make sure they didnt blow with the new resistor added)
Checked behind the switch panel, everything looked good, no melting/issues/disconnections.
Thanks!

You can check to see if it is you blower motor. Just unplug it and and run a couple of wires to the battery to see if it works. That would at least it would tell you you if you have a big job to do or rule it out.

I had this issue. Replaced the blower motor, resistor and all fuses and nothing. Finally I replaced a relay that was connected to the same pigtail that the resistor was connected to and I had air. The relay is a small black cube that will unplug from under the glove box

another easy test is to use a test light and hook it directly to the blower motor plug, use a paper clip or cotter pin and clamp the test light to it. put the clip in one end of the plug and the test light point in the other space and try turning the control ***, test light will get bright and dim down in steps if the blower switch and resistor are working correctly. If they do, then double check the result by jumping out the blower motor with the battery to confirm it's failure
