If you look on the underside of the PDC cover you'll see that there are two O2S heater relays, upstream and downstream. You may be able to isolate which O2S heater(s) are blowing the fuse by pulling one of the relays and see if the fuse blows. The O2S heater circuit relay that remains is the circuit you want to troubleshoot.

So, from what i've read above it seems that the fuse in question is for the O2 sensor circuits only? That's good, cause i was worried that it was also for some other random circuits too....

On 2000+ with 4 O2s all of the wiring stays roughly in the engine bay as the sensors are installed around the pre-cats. Only on 1999 and lower (or others with 2 O2s) is there an O2 sensor behind the large, main cat. It's this wire that falls down and gets chewed up
