WOW! Thanks Ken. Yea 21 Lb +..... For my Renix I guess 18.5 is the spec. I spend allot of time running on "default" pulse width in open loop. (short trips). I'm watching for some 18-19 lb, four hole to replace my 703's. Guess there are Ford yellows they ran forever, but I got skunked at the JY..so far.

Why sweat it Chuck? Go with a 42 inch monitor!

You should be going into closed loop in a few minutes on a REnix.

Sorry for cluttering up this thread with that data. I didn't notice you have a very old XJ.

It was taking 12-15 minutes to feel any heat. (no gauge). Was running 160 or so unless I was getting it on or climbing. (measured). Then with the new 02 sensor, heat in 6-10 minutes. I'm thinking running rich with the higher flow injectors, it's taking longer to warm then it would at the proper mix. Being most of my trips are short, starting with 8 minutes down hill, I might benefit from 18.5, (or 19#)injectors. I DON"T KNOW! Just thinking it makes sense. The evaporating liquid subtracts heat.

Getn' like 22 on the highway, and closer to 15 "knocken around". If I can't bump that to 18 with the correct injectors, then I'll be dead wrong.

The injectors are a rabbit trail as far as I'm concerned. As long as the injectors you're using are ones that the ECU can control ie cut back the fuel under low load and provide enough fuel at 80% or less of full duty cycle, you're fine. I'd get a Mopar stat in that thing if it were me. Way cheaper than injectors and your tootsies will be happier in the winter.
