Default Brake lights dont work

Ive been driving around without brake lights for a while now, the jeeps not my daily but I do still like driving it and all the bulbs were good and I replaced all my interior fuses and I still got nothing and my gauge cluster isn't working either gas needle dropped past full and speedo is stuck at 0 not sure if it's something that has to do with it, and blinkers haven't worked in about a year but never bothered with those, any thoughts would be appreciated

Continuity is easy enough to check at the brake light switch on the pedal but considering the other issues, I'm guessing you've got a ground problem... somewhere. Multiple, simultaneous electrical failures are frequently ground related.

Damn, where are the grounds for those or would I just have to take everything apart and follow wires?

We'll have to wait for Cruiser, I'm not sure where they are.

Multiple failures and a stick?
Have you looked to see if the clutch master is leaking onto the back of the fuse box, this can cause lots of electrical issues at the same time.

It's a 5 speed and master shouldn't be leaking it's fairly new, but I'll check,

Are you getting power to both sides of the brake switch? If you do, I have seen the turn signal switch at fault. That fuse box looks scarey. Is the turn signal and 4 way flashers gone? They should be on the bottom left and top right going by the pic. They may be by themselves under the dash someplace if the factory didn't put them in the fuse box.

That fuse panel looks like a fire waiting to happen. I think the OP is ready to get knee deep in an entire electrical harness overhaul.

And yes hazards and blinkers both don't work but that's been like that since the big flood last year

Haha yea, my jeep was to the windshield in water in the flood that got Chicago last year, haha but blinkers were the only thing that stopped working after it, but at this point I'm more worried about my gas gauge not working

Get ready for a harness swap . If your fuse box is that corroded imagine what you cant see
